Yes, you can cancel your booking.

Cancellation Charges

7 days to 365 days before the booked date:

A cancellation charge of Rs 200 applies, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

3-7 days before the booked date:

A cancellation charge of Rs 500 applies, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Within 3 days of the booked date:

Cancellation is not permitted within 3 days of the booked date. However, you may reschedule for a nominal fee of Rs 250 during this period.

After cancellation, the remaining balance will be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days, in accordance with the payment gateway policy.

You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the booked date. After that, a rescheduling fee of Rs 250 will apply.

Once booked, you cannot change the location of your booking. However, you have the option to cancel your existing booking and make a new booking for a different location.
